Guarantee and Right of withdrawal
Rideram.com guarantees all products purchased from it’s web site and accepts the return of any item provided that it is in the same condition it was received, within 10 days from the date of receipt. Freight charges are at client’s expense unless the return is due to clear Rideram.com fault. In that case also freight charges will be reimbursed. Items received incomplete of original packing, accessories, original directions or with outer insufficient packing and therefore damaged during transport, will be rejected and returned to sender at his expenses.Returns, until are received / accepted in the warehouse are at complete sender responsibility: in case of damage during the transport, Rideram.com will advise the client at once to enable him to complain to his courier to obtain a refund of the item value (in case of insurance).
Goods inspection
Upon delivery of the items through the courier client is recommended to check that:
· the number of packages is exactly the same as stated in the delivery note
· the items reference stated on packages is exactly the same as stated in the invoice
· packing is in good conditions, neither damaged nor altered
· possible damages or non-correspondence of packages have to be contested to the courier at once
Damaged or defective items
Items are replaced if:
· Rideram.com has shipped an item that is not the one requested by client and not showed on his order form.
It is recommended to check the delivered item on our web site where it is possible to find a plain picture and its main technical details.
It is allowed to open the package in case the packing does not allow to verify if the received item corresponds to the ordered one.
· The delivered item does not work since the early use.
· The delivered item is short of some components listed on the web site technical descriptionIn any of above mentioned event Rideram.com will not charge any additional shipping / handling fees for replacement shipments.
In case you decide to exert the right of withdrawal or ask for a replacement, before processing the return of the item we recommend to contact our Customer Service at info@rideram.com and soon after send a Registered Letter with acknowledgment of receipt, quoting the following details:
1. Order number, invoice number and customer ID. In case of partial withdrawal, the item to be returned has to be quoted.
2. Banking details and account number of the ConsigneeSpecifying if you prefer the replacement or to be reimbursed.
Rideram.com Customer Service will guide you through the procedure to open the withdrawal dossier or the replacement dossier. When sending the item back you have to fill in the reverse side of the shipping paper and send it together with the returned item.Returns have to be addressed to:

Should the invoice or shipping paper have been lost, you are requested to include inside the package a letter with client name and address, telephone number, e-mail address, order number and the reason for returning. As soon as in receipt, Rideram.com will confirm you the receipt via e-mail or telephone. It is understood that Rideram.com will not process the refund of the returned goods until they are received back.
Damages during transport
Should you receive a clearly damaged package Rideram.com suggest to accept the goods writing on the shipping paper the clause “goods received with clearly damaged packing”. Client is recommended put in contact with Customer Service at info@rideram.com who will process the replacement file due to damages.
Manufacturer Assistance & Guarantee
Above mentioned Rideram.com guarantee is in addition to the manufacturer guarantee that is only relevant to single item whose technical details are put inside item packing. All items sold by Rideram.com are supported by official manufacturer quality guarantee. To benefit from this guarantee client is requested to hold the invoice/delivery note accompanying the purchased items.
